Reissued PAC CODE request

Does anybody know how to make Sky comply with this?

They issued a single PAC Code to cover two different phone numbers.

Now only one number has ported but when I ask for a second PAC for the second number, they say the number has already left SKY and they can't do anything about it.

How do I get them to go back and get the historical information for the second number and issue a PAC Code for it? Who do I complain to if this cannot be actioned by Sky ?

Hi @Jonny_B  have you tried using the same PAC code as I have read previously if moving all sims from the account only one PAC is issued ?

edit. "While Ofcom regulations allow for a single PAC for multiple numbers, smaller providers may require a separate PAC for each number due to system limitations. Larger providers often have processes for handling multiple lines under one PAC, especially for family or business plans."

All I can suggest is a formal complaint @Jonny_B
