Hi I can't view my movile bill on my account
I can see tv and broadband bills
i have contacted sky through chat who said to clear cache and turn off phone and try again, just checked still no mobile bill, account is linked also can't see messages
what do I do

Have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

Are you logged in with the correct details as that messages susggests you might not be if it says it is already linked so you should be using your main Sky ID to do this.

I think so my sky TV and broadband bills are showing
I don't believe I have any other details
I will double check, not sure what to check though

For help you will need to contact Sky either by calling them on 150 or obe of the social media links that are at the bottom of this page.

Morning
I have called Sky, my mobile account was linked to an old email I haven't used for years as it was hacked
Had to create a new gmail account for mobile, but can see Sky TV and broadband under the new email too
Also swapped my phone so that's a bonus
strange thing is the emails for my new phone the contract and telling me I have ordered a new phone aren't going to new gmail account they are going to my iCloud, don't know why but hey ho all sorted hopefully
I have a headache now ha ha
