Reinstate service

I am trying to order a new phone but when I click on the phone it says there is restriction on my account and I need to reinstate service. Having gone through all my bills and apps I can't find anything wrong so called customer services to be told everything is up to date too!! Tried again today and same message has appeared! How can I get this resolved?

When you call Sky again, which you will need to do, I would ask them to place the order for you as you are not going to be able to do it unless someone can clear the message for you.
