Bill outstanding

I have had my phone cut off due to not paying last months bill. Can. I ask for services to be put back on and set up a direct debit for payments I can make a payment 19th December

Hi @Becky221  sky won't reinstate your services until any outstanding bill is paid and a new continuous payment method has been set up. Sky don't accept promises to pay no matter what CS may say. If more than 2 weeks late then you may also need to pay the next bill.
