change the color of my iPhone

I ordered an orange iPhone 17 Pro Max, but I want to exchange it for silver.

Hi @Jhenyfer  you need to call sky to cancel that order and place a new one, you will be credit checked again. Order can't be changed online.

You will need to call Sky tomorrow to ask them to both cancel and re-order the colour that you would like. Doing so will mean that you will be credit checked again.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative colour you will undergo further credit checks.
