Pre-Ordered Iphone 17 yesterday, called today to cancel it. Spoke to 4 different departments, 3 of them said they cant cancel, the 4th said they cant then went away for 2-3 mins on hold, said they can cancel but will take 48 hrs. 23 mins of call to get told a pack of **bleep**. Why wont they cancel my order ? Is there something inherantly wrong with them ?

I ordered yesterday at 2pm and everything was fine. Just received my "great news, your device will be delivered etc". went to track the order and it says "it appears there's been in an issue with your order". wonder what that means.

That time of the year again I remember when we were talking about iOhone 16 Pro Max last year anyways this time I have ordered iPhone 17 Pro variants not the Max as this year's Pro models are kinda thick and heavy. 

Was able to order it online around 14:00 on Friday Cosmic Orange 256Gb variant received the email saying confirmation for your order and delivery date says Coming soon so let's see hoping to receive it on the 20th most probably 👍🏻

For anyone one who only got 2 emails and not the order conformation email. I ordered at around 1315 friday and didnt get conformation email until Saturday morning around 10 however my order was showing in tracking so nothing to worry about seems there system gets clogged up

It would be interesting to hear if anyone got a delivery date on the order confirmation or just a coming soon as seems to be the case.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.

 

If this is an iPhone 17 preorder you'll need to call Sky to change it and you'll be credit checked again.

Hi @Hamza8  no as this isn't sky CS, this is mainly a customer helps customer forum. If there are non on the sky.com website then sky mustn't have any.
