Your Services are currently restricted

For a few months now I have had the same issue where trying to look at the available phones and upgrades on the My Sky app and website will lead me to "Your Services are currently restricted"

 "There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."

 

When using the button to reinstate my services the next page says "Reinstate my Services

Your account is not currently blocked"

 

The forwards me to my latest bill.

Payments are set up and bills up to date.

@RelentlessCS  Are you actual services restricted?   Rather than the account?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

From what I'm aware, nothing is restricted and all is working well and as it should be, which is why it's so confusing.

I called Sky this morning and asked if they could help, but they didn't exactly get a fix in.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

I'm not sure what is happening as the chat has been closed but what have the chat team told you ?

They advised it would be looked into and to keep checking back on the chat. Apparently there was something on my account from a couple of years ago that needed removing but I still haven't received a response...
