Roaming stopped in USA

Currently in USA.

Started using Roaming Passport Plus all fine for around five days.

Left the hotel and the WiFi yesterday and data roaming had suddenly stopped working.

im still being charged the £2 for roaming each day (which is triggered by a phone call which is working) but the data is not.

I have not changed any settings and have tried troubleshooting but with no luck.

I have signal AT&T but for some reason my data is now not working. Very weird.

Please help.

Yes @NikMcK  i think it is, it's affecting other parts of the USA, Canada, UAE and even reported problems in New Zealand.

we have the same problem. We are in Miami spent ages on a chat line taking out SIM card rebooting doing everything possible and then the next time we went on the chat line they admitted there was a problem in the USA that they were trying to sort out. Which is very handy when you need to make phone calls and receive texts. Hopefully this will be sorted soon soon. We are also charged data roaming £2 but have had this refunded as a result of our discussion

Having same issues in Florida 

Got hold of sky mobile support and no help at all. Told I'd get a call back in a couple of hours.. nothing 2 days later and still getting charged daily

My son is in New York and is having this same issue. I'm the account holder and trying to sort it for him back here! We went 2 years ago and had no issues so didn't think to even change to sn esim etc. He's 18 and there on his own

I have a very similar issue - none of my or 3 family members roaming passports are triggering despite a call to sky to confirm they should be
