Not a lot to go on.............

 

But I presume your phone is trying to send as a MMS without it enabled or you do not have a spendcap to pay for them (they are £1 each)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That would depend on whether you have MMS turned on under the phone's settings &/or whether the phone cap is set to £x amount, if it's set to 0 then any out of contract cost wouldn't go through.
