Galaxy watxh 7 ECG won't work been told by Samsung to ask for a replacement as it's faulty, Went to sky store told to ring, No help as it just sends me a text saying go to online help. The watch is faulty and can't find anywhere to ask for a replacement and how to send this one back

As you got t via Sky you need to call them about this as they will want it sent off to be looked at. 150 is the free number to use from a mobile that has a Sky in it.
