Not really as we're other customers here.  Usually because the bill hasn't been paid or it has been reported as lost/stolen.

Someone rang yesterday pretending to be from sky. Sempt very genuin untill today I e had persistent phone calls and they have ordered a apple.phone on my account yesterday. I ignored their calls today and rang sky and they are cancelling the contract. I have received the I phone but apparently they say they are sending you a sim card but they send you a phone then ring you to say they need to collect the phone  as they have sent it by mistake they should have sent the sim card. They then send someone who works for them pretending to be a delivery person to collect the phone then they keep it. But luckily with me not.answering the phone sky is sending me the packaging out to send this phone back via the post office
