eSIM registered as physical SIM preventing reinstall

I bought and cancelled eSIM order since eSIM reinstall was not possible and qr code lost during delivery.

1. QR code dissapeatex when esim was installed.

2. After need of removal of the esim on the device the eSIM card section on the account would say it were a physical sim, preventing from getting any eSIM settings or QR code to update/reinstall it.

3. two eSIM on the account do not send sms messages to each other to recover accounts either.

 

The eSIM options and services seems extremely neglected by your it teams and services delivered poorly on these.
