And used data rolls over to your piggybank when it resets which is on your billing date.

Hi @CarlS1 it rolls over into your piggybank and can be used to top up your account if needed in future months. Any unused data will disappear from the piggybank 12 months after it was saved there.

Mine had disappeared. Not gone in to my piggyback. Data reset today

Sometimes it can take a few days to appear in the piggybank so if it hadn't by Friday then give Sky a call on 150 so they can look into it for you.
