Hi,
I've been trying to make a one off payment to pay off my mobile contract early, but every time I try I just get a message saying "unfortunately we can't process your request online right now - please try again later or view the status of your account"
It's been saying this for weeks/months now and is really frustrating. I just want to make a payment, how hard can it be?
has anyone else had this problem? Is there a resolution that doesn't involve ringing the call centre?

Thanks for the reply. It's depressing as I hate having to go through the offshore call centre as they don't explain things very well and frequently misunderstand what I'm trying to say (and I have no regional accent either!) Hey ho, I'll have to bite the bullet and prep a therapy session for afterwards.
