Replacement Sim

I lost my phone so asked for a replacement sim which has.arrived, I have followed the steps to activate it and it has not worked for calls but my 4g works, baffled and can't get to speak to anyone at sky just the chatbot that goes in circles and resolves nothing.

If it doesn't work for calls I take it you can call Sky because if so to get to talk to someone when the bot asks you something like why are you calling say nothing then it should put you though to somebody.
