So, I have upgraded my Ipad, and it is E-Sim only.
Ok fine, so I need to convert my Sim to an E-Sim, no problem..
However to do that they need to send a Code in a text message to my Sim phone number
Well I cant receieve text messages on an IPAD , its a Data only plan.
Well too bad as thats the only way!!!! I dont have another Sky mobile account to be able to receieve the text.... Ah yea sorry thats the only way MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!?!!??
On the phone to someone for 45 mins the other day, got told I would get a call back from the 'experts' within an hour. 4 days later im still waiting for said call.
So now I am paying for a Data contract that I cannot use because some genuius thought the only way to get a code is to Text it over, rather than...oh I dont know, the email associated with the account!!
