Refund

I was order a mobile phone but order cancel your side but my payment not refend

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days. If that time period has elapsed you will need to call Sky to chase it up.

Probabky delayed further by the 3 recent bank holidays whereby back office teams have been absent and banks have been closed.
