Returns

Why is it that you can not just simply return items back online? Instead you go through questions then still end up with the same, you have to call up. Why not just simply be able to request a return ls package online via your account details???

That's all good, but when a sky advisor say they are going to do it then is should mean it, there should just be a simple way of returning items back when you go via your own sky account and to all the areas to request a returns label either to send the unwanted item back or for repair. This way there is a digital copy of your request instead of believing someone word.
