Mobile won’t connect to network

Hi,ever since I changed from ee to sky mobile I've not had a phone I can use,I smashed the screen on my s23 and I mostly use an iPad,I've been very ill in a coma in hospital so I need a phone.

i opted for an eSIM and a new iPad thinking I'd download the eSIM but I don't know where it's gone,it keeps saying it's sending messages but I'm getting nothing,I've started using my a70 but it won't except esims so I got a £10 sim but used it all phoning my bank

ive now found out that someone  has taken £500 in Saudi Arabia leaving me with nothing and Monzo won't give it back,so

i have no money,no food,bills coming out of my derrière and a phone I can't use,well 2 phones ,I've been paying £42 a month and haven't used it once,I don't know what to do but do you think I should pay all the bill when it's not my fault,please can someone help me get out of this nightmare xx
