Sky sim not activating

I transferred my number to a sky sim 3 days ago. Got a message to say the number had transferred successfully etc but the sim isn't yet activated. When I view sim.manager, there is no number related to the sky sim.

Hi @Fiona11112  is the sim for your old network still working ? As porting doesn't happen on bank holidays and weekends then there may be a delay.
