Dear All
I recently assumed I upgraded my phone from iPhone 11 to 14, but I also was sent a new SIM card.
My old plan was £10, and my new one is £8 for a very similar setup.
I obviously want to keep my old number, and my old Sky SIM card works in the new phone - can I just keep going with this sim? If I don't activate the new one will I be charged for it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you do not activate the sim that was sent with the phone then it will be cancelled after 30 days or so and you will not be charged for it. You can continue using the sim you have in your phone.
