The mobile network on my phone is completely down - despite the service checker saying there are no issues in my area, and my sons phone working completely fine and he is on the same Sky network.
Unfortunately my son is now at school and I can't use his phone to call the Sky Support line. There appear to be no other ways of getting support from Sky via Chat or email.
I have an iPhone XS and have tried all support suggestions through Apple but to no avail.
Can anyone point me to a way to get in touch with Sky by other means please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTwitter or Facebook Messenger are two ways to get in touch with Sky. They might suggest rebooting your device and if that doesn't work to order a replacement sim incase the one in your phone is faulty, you can do that via here:

I'm afraid the Facebook Messenger support is completely unhelpful and exactly the same as the terrible automated bot used on the main Sky Help Site.
Surely it can't be this hard to speak to a human if your mobile signal is down? Literally the worst customer support experience I've ever had.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
