i should be being billed gbp 4.50 each month (fixed for 12 months) but you have been charging me GBP 6.60. can you please advise

I’m afraid you aren’t talking to Sky on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here and we have no account access. Your deal for your sim payment at £4.50 has probably expired now, so you need to call Sky to see what they can offer you.
