Cant roll data

Trying to roll data but I am nor being allowed to is there any reason for this

Hi @Darren172020  there have been a few reports of this. Give sky a call on 150 and they will help you with it.

I've requested to cancel sky TV and they did not cancel the WiFi booster so was stopping me adding data  so all sorted now thanks
