Can’t use data that I have rolled over from my piggybank

Each time I move data from my piggy bank to my sim the data leaves the piggy bank but doesn't go onto my sim. I have tried several times to move data over but nothing shows up on my sim and I can't use any either.

Hi @day15  give sky a call on 150 so they can roll it for you and investigate why you can't.
