I transferred from EE last week and can't get OTP's from my bank. I have tried everything suggested on various other posts but nothing worked! I have been in store and contacted sky a number of times- I have been put through to various departments and told someone will call me back. Still waiting!!!!! Sky have been absolutely useless and in no rush to help resolve the issue. I have now requested to cancel as in the cooling off period but hoping I can resolve this. Any help/ advice would be appreciated!!!
