Hi, I am trying to sign in to Sky Go on my Apple TV. I have a Sky Glass, an additional puck and whole home. The sign in fails and says
"Sorry You can't watch Sky Go on Apple TV yet
Youll need a SkQ multi screen or Sky Glass Whole Home subscription to access Sky Go on your Apple TV"
Has anyone seen this and solved it?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thank you. All sorted now. The issue appears to be that the delivery and activation of my Sky Glass, more than 12 months ago, was never closed and 'delivered' in the account even though I have had the service and being using it. A simple technical glitch that needed a system adjustment. Thanks to all involved.
