Sky Go app not playing

Signed up to Sky Stream Monday and was able to use Sky Go immedietly. As of last night, its saying I need to upgrade my subscription to watch any channel, on both the Apple TV app and iPhone app. 

 

I am correctly logged in to the correct Sky account, Sky Stream puck is connected.

 

What can I do?

For Apple TV you will need the Whole Home package, this isn't required for your iPhone though as what you should be able to view should match your TV subscription.

Neither is working. Tried MacBook also, same issue.

And also I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps, signing out and back in again. Issue persists

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I did get contact from them, and gave my account number in the chat bubble, then the bubble disappeared. I have been trying to get a response since, even messaging them directly.
