The individual and their manager will then receive your post and a nomination from our internal recognition awards. Wanted to send thanks and a great review for David our Sky engieener who came out to set us up with Sky Q this morning. He could not have been more helpful and thought of a solution to make sure we could have the set up we wanted with the boxes hidden. No rushing away and no excuses. Emma was awesome, 22/6/19 at 12:35pm I would like you to pass on thanks, high praise and recognition to Emma who was unbelievably helpful and fast acting on an issue I called with today. I explained I was calling from overseas and that the three previous unresoved calls to Sky were costing me a fortune, she was amazingly quick off the mark resolving my issue, leaving me stunned quite honestly. I am mid relocation back to the UK, Emma is the most on the ball, proactive and helpful person I have come across, amid all that an international move requires. The local council definitely need training and guidance from Emma. Its also worth pointing out it is really not easy to find a way to complement and leave feedback, but so many ways to easily access compmlaints procedure which is a shame. Please resolve this. Ryan needs to be promoted!! I rang into your customer service department this evening after previously raising a complaint that had been raised and then closed by the previous agent I had spoken to who was most unhelpful. I called in to chase my complaint after 3 weeks with no response and got through to Ryan. He was able to help me with my original query which would have prevented me raising a complaint in the first instance. Ryan explained everything I needed to know and reassured me that he would do everything he could to help and he did! I was dreading calling in and speaking to someone that was as unhelpful as the last agent that I spoke to but after speaking to Ryan I am reassured that there are agents that are actually willing to treat us like loyal customers!! I would love this feedback to be given to Ryan and he should definitely be utilised in a customer relations role! I didn’t catch his surname but if it helps, I called in on the 11/06 at 18:20

I just set up Sky for my new flat and the customer advisor could not be more helpful. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name. Best customer service i have received. So understanding to my needs. Explained everything clearly and even when his system went down, there was no stress. He called me back within 10 minutes to sort everything else out. Thank you to Darren who installed my Sky Q couple of week ago. Such a nice man, easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. There was a slight problem with getting a Sky Q mini subscription at the cheaper price which resulted in a call to the contact centre. But we got there in the end. Been having Broadband problems for many years - all intermittant and until today unresolved. Spoke to Lyle in CS last Friday who arranged for an Open Reach engineer to call today. He went over and above to find the fault - even climbing the telegraph pole opposite our house to find a faulty connection at the top of the pole. So far so good. Hopefully this is now fixed for good.

Would just like to say thanks to John Mcllelan customer service agent in Derry Ireland. He gave excellent service and got everything set up for me really nice to talk to. Also gave advice as I live in a flat with a communal dish. Called the company who are going to do the installation and local engineer popped round within the hour to check sockets inside property and checked the dish as this flat was still connected to old system. Would like to pass on my thanks to the two customer support people (they mentioned they were in Livingstone) I spoke to yesterday about adding Sky Broadband Boost/buddy and moving to the new Sky Fibre Superfast from Sky Fibre max. Got through on phone straight away. They were both very polite, friendly and helpful and did exactly what I wanted. Was extra pleased, as being a long term ViP customer I got Broadband boost for free and my fibre cost ended up less than I am paying now, so joy.

I spoke with one of your team in Northern Ireland last night, I didn't catch his name but it was around 6pm and it was regarding my broadband not working. I just wanted to write in and say this is the first time i've had a great call experience with SKY. He was so helpful and very chatty which was great - so many SKY employees sound like robots and like their just reading from a script so it was great to feel like i was talking to an actual person. He also made me aware of SKY mobile which previously i thought would never be an option for me but he told me all of the perks of it and when the time is right I will definitely be trying out SKY mobile. I received a visit from David first and Daniel (or Dan) after today and they were both extremely helpful in organising to swap jobs to get my problem sorted. When Dan came he was so helpful and I really appreciated him talking me through what the problem was and how he is going to fix it. He was so talkative and a real asset to sky. Just in case I dont receive a feedback questionnaire, I want to thank Paul for all his help today. Having put up with a poor internet speed for a while now and being told by my son in law to sort it, I finally gave in and called this monring as I couldnt access some of my programmes. Whilst I dont know yet whether his solution will resolve it fully, Paul was very knoweldgable and supported me to choose the most appropriate package (and not the most expensive!) that will hopefully sort out my issues once I get my new router and broadband. He has also given me some other tips of things to try whilst I am waiting for the new router and switchover! I havent always had the best service and support from Sky and in the past havent changed provider as I am very lazy over this type of thing, but from the call today I have joined the loyalty scheme, know some additional tricks to try and get the broadband working better and am moving to fibre optic with no additional charge and a cheaper bill each month. I would like to thank the engineer who came to install our Q Box on Saturday. I had just moved in my new flat the day before, and my new TV had still not arrived when he came. Although the Sky customer helpline agent had told me the day before that it would not be a problem, the Sky technician (whose name I could not catch) was not able to set up my box but was very nice and came back later that day once my new TV had arrived. I really appreciated his conversation and that he was not condescending with me at all despite arriving in a TV-less apartment. Please if you can trace back to who this person was, and transmit my great feedback to his manager, it would be fantastic.

Hi, A few years ago I tried to come back to Sky but the installer aborted the visit citing the conservatory being an issue. Fast forward to today where I tried again and whilst I expected the same issue with the conservatory the installer found an alternative option which still allowed me to carry out the install and not only that was very helpful, polite and courteous. Hi i had to call Sky today as I could not see a way to change the primary email address on my account. I spoke to a delightful person called Joanne who had the most amazing Irish accent. She talked me through several step patiently and in the end after much trying my account was sorted and email changed. During our 77minute call she was kind, patient and considerate. We talked about the recent loss of my mother and it turned out her mother also as a similar condition that mine.had. We shared our thoughts and I hope in some small part, my experience may have helped her in her situation. I recently had two separate issues that I spoke to an operator at sky. The first was on Tuesday 9th April 19. I had issues with my signal and couldn’t see any picture. I spoke to a lady who was both professional and extremely helpful, she took her time to try her hardest to solve my problem, she was continuesly apologetic for the fault and when she booked the engineer she said she would call me back a couple of days later, which she did, to see if she could get me an earlier appointment or to see if the fault had fixed it’s self, my signal came back the following day. i again called and spoke to a male operator on weds 10th April 19 about a query with my bill, he was a member of the cancellation team, he not only explained in detail what the payment was for, when it started and when the contract on it ended but also looked at my account and advised me of when my other packages would come up to being out of contract. He then took the time to speak to a manager and arranged my entire broadband and tv package so they came out of contract at the same time and saved me £20 a month! Both are an absolute credit to your service centres and know exactly the right way to speak to customers and ensure that skys commitment to providing an excellent service are maintained. I was signed up at Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham by a guy named Neil and I was told many lies just so Neil can get his commission. I was quoted £61 a month for my package but within the first 24 hours of the installation date 27 March 18 I was emailed a bill calculation that showed I would be paying £76 and after 2 months a further £8 for the phone package and a on demand package would be taken away after 2 months. I was very upset as I only have one income in my household of 2.5 people and work hand to mouth every month. I called sky and was eventually connected to Denis which he really was a God send. The fella not only was he very polite and professional he showed me that sky is willing to do anything for there customers and that the action of one man does not show sky to be improper. Not only did Denis sort my issue out, he let me keep my giant package, he credited my account so I pay what I originally signed up for (I did have to prove it). I have worked in call centres before and have even done door to door sales and I have never gone above and beyond like how Denis did for me. I am very grateful to the guy for being reasonable and understanding but most importantly he was a great person to talk to as he was trying to look after me as a sky customer. I hope he gets this some how and if he does thanks pal and for Neil I hope the right people speak to him and he gets further training because he had me very stressed and I could never have payed anything around £80 a month for 18 months and was stressed how that would have affected me. I would like to thank Ali from Glasgow from the sky team for helping me change my mind about leaving sky. He has exceptional customer service skills and is a brilliant. If I was the manager i wouldn't hesitate giving him a pay rise to just to keep him at sky. Hes made me and my family feel like home staying with sky. I would have give him a feed back through my phone but couldn't due to change in my mobile number which I have now told sky about. Hi, yesterday I had sky q installed. From the beginning it was never going to be a straight forward install. So many times we are provided with a great service and the people that are front of house of the organisation providing the service are overlooked. So I wanted to take 5 minutes to say say a big thank you to my engineer yesterday (I think his name was Matt). He was polite, informative and genuinely nice chap. He did his absolute best to find a positive solution under quite tight restraints from sky. If only all customer service could be provided by someone like Matt! He was also joined by a colleague later on (Tony), who I have met before. He also deserves a mention. Thanks guys!!

Today I spoke to Caroline, a wonderful Scottish lady. She was absolutely fantastic, called me back 3 times after she couldn't hear me, sorted my problem very quickly. She is a credit to you. Unfortunately I'm no longer a customer but I'm sure if it was Caroline I had discussed my issue with , I still would be. Amazing customer service, very unusual with a lot of companies.
