I just want it to be acknowledged how compassionate and understanding and how calming, helpful and kind Dinesh was to me with my recent problems with my doorbell and chime. The situation was explained to me at every step, repeatedly and in simple terms for me as I couldn't get it to work. One and a half hours later and I still couldn't fathom it.
