Great staff

I spoke with two members of staff today. A gentleman called Samuel and a gentleman whose name began with an A 

I was waiting for the survey texts but they didn't arrive so I would like to say they both got a 10 from me for their friendly helpful manner and resolving my issues. Excellent customer service
