I have just come off the phone (15:15 BST 18/4/26) from a lady at your call centre in Bulgaria.

One of the best experiences of a call centre I have had.  Excellent customer service, delivered efficiently, with attention to detail and accurate assistance and information. Delivered politely, professionally and eloquently.  Thank you 🙂
