We've just been sorting out some changes to our service and contract and I spoke to the most helpful and friendly agent. I should have asked him to spell his name, but I think he said Shri. I hope you can track him down and thank him directly for us. He was very patient and, also, had a lovely sense of humour, which always makes things better.
