From professionalism with clients and a job done so well, they were just a pleasure to deal with. It was a neat and smooth install, both outside and in, with help given to me in connection of my iPad. I had requested service from Virgin Media which never even got to install; the service was so bad that I cancelled. So getting the job done so smoothly, with engineers knowing their jobs and more, was a joy!
