Rewards

I can't seem to access rewards or enter any competitions. The box is there to click but when I click, nothing happens. Been this way for months now and still nothing from an email I sent to sky? Just want to be able to use it if possible. 
I am a sky mobile customer. 

I've tried uninstalling the app, clearing all cookies, logging back in - all steps that I found online but nothing seems to work
