MySky Your account is not authorised to access the my sky app

As the title says, have had this for around a month now. Every time I call up I'm told the usual "delete the app, update software, change password etc" but nothing every works.

 

Appreciate that I can get on the MySky website but to access SkyVIP I need the app....

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Have you had any success with getting this resolved? I've done all of the above and still unable to access the app or view bills through a browser, I am using my primary ID confirmed by customer service

I have the same issue and can't seem to get any help from sky at all.

No never . It's says 9 years vip, but I'm sure it's longer.. Sky have tried changing my email and resetting but that did t work, they said they'd look into it and come back the last time and never did.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out, I actually managed to get this resolved, My primary Sky I.D had been updated once I changed to mobile (my own doing I just assumed they were not linked) I had been onto the messaging team and confirmed the login details were not my primary Sky I.D so it was a matter of figuring out which email address I had used, thank you though!
