Sky Sports app: Error CIE-2000

Hi all, 

Just checking if you happen to know what ports/URLs you might need to whitelist to get the Sky Sports app working through a firewall? Not sure if there's an official support channel I can go through. Thanks

For anyone else with the same issue - Sky got in touch and were no help at all, unable to provide any information on what to whitelist on a Firewall, instead suggesting just to turn it off.
