New customer - cannot place order

Hello, I am a new customer and I have tried to place a new order for TV & broadband deal. I get through to the last stage, it has even triggered sky contacting my current provider to tell them I want to switch and then at the final bit it says 'unfortunately we cannot continue at this time due to technical difficulties...' or something to that effect. I have tried on microsoft edge & chrome but it happens on both. I am using a link via the sky partnership scheme to get certain offers so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. There doesn't seem to be a number I can call or online chat. Thanks

Possibly but it is hard to say for sure so you will need to call them to get this order placed seeing as you can't get beyond this error.

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
