Sky Vip not working

Cannot access Sky VIP. It's been like this for several months and when I called Sky Customer Service they confirmed that I'm a gold member. I was told they'd give me a call back but didn't call me. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone too but it still does not work. Seems like the agent was confused as to why it's not working either.

It says "we're really sorry but you can't join Sky VIP right now". All my bills have been paid and when I rang they said I'm a gold member but for some reason I just can't access it and customer service couldn't help me either.

I am having the same issues. Exactly as you say. It worked last month for March Cinema Tickets..

is this ok now? Mine has been doing it for the last 8 days. Sky haven't been able to help me or say what's up 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've still got the same issue. Never even got a call back so i'm going to have to call them again.
