sign in page on my sky is completely distorted

When I try to sign in to My Sky, the whole page is completely distorted by shaking. I have tried to get help by getting a phone number, but it keeps telling me to sign in, which is what I'm trying to do

PC, tablet or phone? Either way, try uninstalling the app and then reinstall

I have the same problem.

Same here. on a Dell laptop using Edge and W11. Obviosly not and app so cannot uninstal. No solution so far.
