This is infuriating. Like, Sky's customer service is so bad they have non-sky employee users wasting people's time on these forums under the guise of being a 'superuser'.
It's like Sky have gone out their way to make getting help or info from them even harder.

@Anonymous You likely haven't read this page which tells you what the Sky Community is ( and more importantly what SuperUsers are): https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/About-Sky-Community/ct-p/Members .
Superusers are simply other Sky customers ( who are well verse in sky products and processes) giving helpful information and advice. Typically this advise is backed up by links from Skys own help documentation ( which can be quite hard to traverse and find the info you want).
Please LIKE any responses you found helpful
Please mark a response as an ANSWER if it has solved your query/issue
Please note: I am a fellow sky customer and NOT an employee. Posts from Sky Employees are clearly marked as such using a Sky badge.

Re: Non staff giving out advice here
The very purpose of this place is for customers to help other customers. If you don't want that support it's entirely optional.

@Rich1503
But this is a customer helps customer forum and the vast majority of replies are from customers. That's the whole point. In a large number of cases help from fellow customers prevents the question setter needing to call Sky.
Sky customer since 2001

Long wait then 😞 If you must have a response from Sky then phoning them is the way to go
