Sky VIP email issues

When try and use Sky VIP e.g. enter competitions, I keep getting an error message - your email address is already registered - and can't get past that page. Anyone had that issue and know how to fix it? Call centres were stumped...

Got a solution - I simply need to use any other email address to get to next page, then can change back to my normal email address before submitting. 

 

Not ideal, but it's a known issue they are trying to fix.

This is an error message that has been posted on here many times but I have never seen a soloution posted so to see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
