My Sky App not logging in

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as I used my sky ever since getting sky and had some trouble logging in originally but got it sorted by constantly restarting app but I changed my email today and it obviously logged me out tried logging back in with the right info instead of loading the app interface up it just keeps taking me to webpage to tell me to download my sky why I'm logging in on the app? Very strange hoping this can be fixed as have uninstalled reinstalled, restarted my phone, cleared Cache etc no luck.

I was told to sign out of the MySky app by the sky call centre "to give it a full refresh" and now I can sign in. I get a Continue message and go through user id and password, then it seems to open the website ask me to install the MySky app which I already have.

I have put your posts together as you appear to have the same issue so have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your devices before trying again ?

Yes tried all that still getting the same issue!

Me too  - I also did uninstalled and reinstalled. It goes from Continue to Logon to Password to what appears to be a web page suggesting to install the app. There is no way forward, only back, and so you end up back at Continue and have to log on again.

Oddly, after writing this all into an email, i went to take screenshots of each step and now it is working.

Yes it is, very strange deffo needs to be investigated.
