wifi connection

i have my router in one room and sky q in another , it has connected before but seems to drop in and out of connection. my other appliance upstairs wont connect either to the broadband box

@bostCan you tell us where the router is kept. is it low down or hidden from view or is out in the open and high up with nothing being it its way. Also as part of your pacake do you have broadband boost?

my router is currently on a small table with nothing surrounding it.

yes i took out boost last week but nothing has happened , not sure what boost package is

@bostGive Sky a call and request a booster. They may ask you questions about the issues you are having before they send it out.

 

Just dial 150 on your landline and follow the voice prompts, but stay on the line and you should be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.
