slow broadband

My internet speed is terrible - very! very! slow 10 megs if I'm lucky, seriously fed up with my service. I have tried several times in the past to have this issue sorted. At  the moment I can't even use my lap top to print anything.

@Tina118 you need to check if the issue is with slow speed to your Sky hub or due to poorcwifi connection in your home. That is easilybdone bybrunning the service checker in thecMy Sjy app which tests thecspedd to hub regulsrly and should offer help,if thecspeed is lower than the guaranteed speed for your line. 

If thst is OK then yhe issue is in your home. Check your Sky hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. After that you may need additional wifi sources to getva usable servicecin every room as the layoutvand type of construction of your homecaffects the WiFi signal.

Thank you, but l already have 3 signal boosters in the house. I've spoken to my neighbours and the internet seems to a problem in our road, so perhaps the cables aren't fit for purpose?

@Tina118 if its an external speed issue the service checker should give you information or call Sky and speak to an agent.
