Poor wifi

My broadband speed is showing as 18mb on the sky app and it claims that it looks fine.  I pay for super fast and now have rooms in my house that we are constantly using 4G in as the WiFi drops out completely. I was assured of 36mb when taking out the super fast package

That would be cabled speed as far as the router, not WiFi coming from it.

Is that the case even when it states speed to hub 18.2mb??
