Average mb/s has nosedived from over 20 to 3 in the last few days. This is impacting my ability to work from home and streaming on all devices.
The Service Checker advises there is an issue, and says 'Let's fix it!' but then contradicts itself and says nothing is wrong after running those tests.
Can absolutely assure you that something is wrong. Can this please be escalated to someone who can fix it.
