Account (Sky broadband)

Hello, I’ve recently moved into a new address where the previous tenant had a Sky Broadband account. I would like to set up a new Sky account under my name or change the owner details and take over the broadband service at this address. Since the account is still under the previous tenant’s name, I need guidance on how to switch the account and billing details to myself. Can you help me with the process?"

@Kevin188  You can't transfer the account the previous tenants need to cancel there contract fully paid up and return any loan equipment before you can sign up as a new customer and receive your own hardware

And note that using the same ISP as the previous occupant has no bearing on the lead time to get broadband service.
