Slow broadband for3 months

How do you go about claiming for compensation when your broadband has been working way below advertised speed ?

@Allyduff  You 1st need to prove it's below the speed you were quoted, what tests have you done for example?

 

What speeds were you promised, what speed comes to the hub from the line?

 

What does the reported speed come back as using this test  https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
