@SFI if connected by wifi the issue is insufficent wifi signal. Make sure your hub is out in the open above radiators etc if itvis and things arexstill not right consider getting additional wifi equipment tonextend tge coverage. Sky will sell you their WiFi Max package which gives you upmton3 extenders.
